It is an international arts city on the land of the new administrative capital. The city was built on an area of 127 acres, and includes a number of theaters, galleries, libraries, museums and art galleries, for all kinds of traditional and contemporary arts, such as music, painting, sculpture, handicrafts, and others. The city includes a grand ballroom that accommodates 2,500 people equipped with the latest technology, and a small theater has two halls that accommodate 750 people for special performances.
